Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo

2

Ingredients:

4

– 8 oz fettuccine

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 skinless salmon fillet

– 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 2 cups heavy cream

– 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Start by cooking the fettuccine following the instructions on the package, and then drain it. Grab a skillet and heat some olive oil over medium heat. Season your salmon with a bit of salt and pepper, and cook it for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily. Set it aside for now. In the same skillet, toss in the shrimp and garlic. Cook them until the shrimp turns pink, which should take around 3 minutes. Then, pour in the heavy cream and let it come to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s nicely melted. Add the cooked fettuccine, shrimp, and the flaked salmon back into the skillet. Gently toss everything together so it’s well combined. Just before serving, sprinkle some fresh parsley on top for a lovely garnish. Enjoy!
