Cajun Corn On The Cob

Ingredients

4 ears of corn, husked

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice until well mixed.

3. Brush each ear of corn generously with the butter mixture, making sure every kernel gets coated.

4. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the cobs every so often, until they’re beautifully charred and cooked through.

5. Once the corn is done, take it off the grill and give it another brush with any leftover butter mixture for an extra boost of flavor.

6. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top right before serving and enjoy!
