1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup flour

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

First, set your oven to preheat at 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, gather your coconut, milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and melted butter. Mix everything together until the batter is smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan, spreading it out evenly. Pop the pie into the oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. You’re looking for a lovely golden top, and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean. Let the pie cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy every bite!
