Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti just until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside for now.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and let them sizzle for about a minute, just until the kitchen smells wonderful.
3. Gently place the shrimp into the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the shrimp. Give everything a gentle toss to let the noodles soak up all those flavors.
5. Just before serving, squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top. Serve warm and enjoy every garlicky, buttery bite!
