Ingredients

4

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon chili paste or chili sauce

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Salt to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with soy sauce, garlic, chili paste, and ginger. Let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes so the flavors can soak in.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated shrimp.

Let the shrimp cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, just until they turn pink and opaque.

Season everything with a little salt to your liking. Finish by sprinkling the chopped green onions on top before serving. Enjoy this dish hot and fresh!
