Directions
1. Start by cooking your French fries according to the package instructions until they’re golden and crispy.
2. While the fries are baking, melt some butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in minced garlic and cook until it’s fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Add the crawfish tails to the pan and sauté them for just a few minutes until they’re warmed through.
4. Drizzle in honey, sprinkle in paprika, salt, and pepper, and give it all a good stir so the crawfish is well coated and everything comes together nicely.
5. Once it’s all heated through, pile the crawfish mixture right over your hot fries.
6. Finish things off by scattering chopped green onions over the top. Serve right away and enjoy!
