Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

Ingredients

2 cups chopped broccoli

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it’s ready when you are.

2. In a large bowl, toss in your chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and a pinch or two of salt and pepper.

3. Give everything a good mix until it’s all combined and you have a nice, even mixture.

4. With your hands, form the mixture into small balls and gently place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Slide the sheet into the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the balls are golden and feel a little crispy on the outside.

6. Serve these broccoli cheese balls warm and enjoy!
