Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat—it should get nice and bubbly.
2. Season your chicken breasts well with salt and pepper, then lay them in the skillet. Cook each side for about 6 to 7 minutes, until they’re golden and cooked through.
3. Once the chicken is done, take it out of the skillet and set it aside for a moment.
4. Add the minced garlic to the leftover butter in the skillet. Sauté just until it’s fragrant—this only takes a minute.
5. Pour in the heavy cream, letting it come to a gentle simmer.
6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce turns smooth and creamy.
7. Nestle the chicken breasts back into the skillet, making sure each piece gets coated in that luscious sauce.
8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving, and enjoy right away while it’s warm and comforting.
