Directions
1. Start by heating a good splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Slice the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook until they’re beautifully browned all over.
3. Next, add your sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté everything together until the veggies are nice and soft.
4. Sprinkle in minced garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, then add dried basil and oregano to taste. Let everything cook together for a few more minutes so the flavors really come together.
