Ingredients
– 2-pack of pre-made pie crust
– 1 can of cream of mushrooms
– 1 can of cream of chicken
– Splash of milk
– About 2 cups of rotisserie chicken, shredded
– Half a small bag of frozen mixed veggies
– Salt, pepper, and thyme to taste
– Butter spray
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, splash of milk, rotisserie chicken, frozen mixed veggies, and a good dash of salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir everything until it’s nicely combined.
2. Roll out one pie crust and gently press it into a pie pan.
3. Scoop in your tasty filling, spreading it out evenly.
4. Carefully lay the second pie crust over the top. Pinch the edges to seal and cut a few small slits for steam.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 40 minutes, until the crust looks golden and the filling is bubbling.
6. Remove the pie from the oven, spray the top crust lightly with butter spray, and pop it under the broiler for 2 quick minutes to get it extra golden and delicious.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite cozy sides.
