Ingredients:
For the Bread & Filling:
1 large loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
2 cups cooked spaghetti (al dente)
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Garlic Butter:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
½ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Garlic Bread Base
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Brush both halves of the French bread with the garlic butter mixture and place on a lined baking sheet.
Step 2: Toast the Bread
Bake the bread halves for 5–7 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Step 3: Mix the Spaghetti Filling
In a bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
Step 4: Assemble the Subs
Evenly spoon the spaghetti mixture onto the toasted garlic bread halves. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
Step 5: Bake & Serve
Return to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice into sub-sized portions and serve hot.
