For the cupcakes:

- 150g dark chocolate (70%)
- 100g unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
For the raspberry center:
- 1/2 cup (100g) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tsp water (slurry)
Optional garnish:
- Powdered sugar
- Fresh raspberries
- Chocolate shavings
