Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to season)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups cooked fettuccine or linguine pasta
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-sear with olive oil until golden and cooked through. Slice.
2. Make Alfredo sauce: In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
4. Combine: Add cooked pasta and toss in the Alfredo sauce.
5. Assemble: Place sliced chicken over pasta, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Broil in oven for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Garnish: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
