PISTACHIO-PINEAPPLE CAKE

The simple Pineapple Pistachio Cake calls for only five ingredients: cake mix, pistachio pudding, crushed pineapple, and an easy-to-follow baking method.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice
