Decadent Raspberry and White Chocolate Symphony Cake
Ingredients
For the cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup of sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
For the white chocolate glaze:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
6 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the raspberry filling:
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons water
