Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- Approximately 450 grams (about 2 cups) of cottage cheese
- 1 cup of grated mild Cheddar cheese, or around 100 grams
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, or around 30 grams
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter (about 30 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Optional garnish: red pepper flakes
