Ingredients:
600 g beef tomatoes
350g mozzarella
2 one meter onions
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml olive oil
250 g cooked ham
5 slices of toast (whole wheat toast)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 sprigs of fresh thyme Butter for the mold
