This drink is ideal for refreshment both in the summer heat and on cool days. It has a bright taste, rich aroma, and its preparation will not cause difficulties.

First, rinse the tarragon greens thoroughly. Cut the lemon into round slices.

Place tarragon and lemon slices into prepared, sterile jars: for one jar you will need half a bunch of herbs and three lemon slices (for a total of four two-liter jars). If desired, lemon can be replaced with citric acid.

Add 80 grams of sugar to each jar.
