Ingredients

4 pork chops

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling

Directions

1. Start by stirring together the Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and BBQ sauce in a medium bowl. This is your sweet and tangy marinade.

2. Season the pork chops on both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Place the pork chops in the marinade, making sure each one is well coated. Let them soak up those flavors for at least 30 minutes—if you have a bit longer, even better.

4. While the pork chops are marinating, preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

5. Lightly brush the grill grates with a little olive oil to help keep the pork from sticking.

6. Grill the marinated pork chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until they have lovely grill marks and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

7. Take the pork chops off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This helps keep them juicy and tender. Enjoy!
