Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup melted chocolate (for dipping)

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a baking sheet.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until the mixture is nice and fluffy.
3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and beat everything together until smooth.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Slowly add your dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until everything is combined.
6. Roll the dough into small balls and arrange them on your prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until you see a lovely golden color on the cookies.
8. Once they’ve cooled completely, dip one side of each cookie in the melted chocolate and let the chocolate set.
9. Serve these sweet little cookies alongside fresh strawberries, perfect for dipping and sharing.
