Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
1. Start by heating the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat—it won’t take long.
2. While the oil warms up, season your pork chops with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Make sure each chop gets a nice coating.
3. Place the pork chops in the hot skillet and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they’ve got a beautiful golden color.
4. Add the minced garlic and pour in the chicken broth. Let those flavors come together in the pan.
5. Turn the heat down to low, cover the skillet, and let everything cook gently for 10-15 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and juicy.
6. Just before serving, stir in the butter to make the sauce rich and inviting. Serve up and enjoy every bite!
