Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, sliced
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice, for serving
Directions
1. Warm up the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and let them sizzle for about a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced chicken to the pan, season with a little salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is nicely browned and cooked through.
4. Stir in the broccoli florets and drizzle in the teriyaki sauce. Let everything cook together for a few minutes, just until the broccoli is bright and tender-crisp.
5. Serve the savory chicken and broccoli mixture hot over a bed of cooked rice, and enjoy every bite.
