– Croissant dough (store-bought or homemade)
– Ribeye steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

– Provolone cheese
– Salt
– Pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the croissant dough package.
2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until they turn soft and fragrant.
3. Add the sliced steak to the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.
4. Gently roll out the croissant dough and place a generous spoonful of the steak mixture onto the wide end of each croissant triangle. Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the filling.
5. Carefully roll up the croissants around the filling and arrange them on a baking sheet, making sure the seam is down.
6. Slide the sheet into the oven and bake according to the dough package’s instructions, or until the croissants are beautifully golden brown.
7. Let them cool for a minute, then serve warm and enjoy your delicious homemade cheesesteak croissants.
