Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Generously season both the shrimp and the sliced steak with Cajun seasoning so every bite is full of flavor.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook it just the way you like—once done, remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Let it sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn a lovely pink, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove them and set aside with the steak.
Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring constantly to bring up all those delicious brown bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken up slightly.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Give it a taste and season with a little salt and pepper as needed.
Return the cooked pasta, shrimp, and steak to the skillet. Toss everything together until coated beautifully in that creamy Alfredo sauce.
Finish it off with a sprinkle of chopped parsley for a fresh touch before serving. Enjoy every bite!
