Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients:

– 2 cups cooked spaghetti

– 1 cup ricotta cheese

– 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

– 2 eggs

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 cup marinara sauce

– Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

1. Let’s get started by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Grab a big bowl and mix together your cooked spaghetti, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of that shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Make sure everything’s well blended.

3. Now, take a pie dish and give it a good greasing. Spread the spaghetti mixture evenly along the bottom and up the sides, creating a delicious crust.

4. Pour your marinara sauce over that fabulous spaghetti crust you just made, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

5. Pop it into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully bubbly and golden brown.

6. Let it cool for a bit so it holds together nicely when you slice it up. Serve with a sprinkle of parsley on top if you’re feeling fancy. Enjoy!
