Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

– 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

1/4 cup olive oil

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or your favorite herb)

– 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

First, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grab a large bowl and toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, and paprika. Make sure each wedge gets a nice coating. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Now pop them into the oven for about 25-30 minutes, watching for that beautiful golden crispiness. When they’re just right, pull them out, sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese, and return them to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese is perfectly melted and golden. Serve these warm from the oven and enjoy every bite
