– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
1. Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) to preheat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Work in some butter until your mixture feels like coarse crumbs.
4. Gently add milk, a little at a time, stirring until your dough holds together.
5. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently until smooth.
6. Roll the dough to about 1-inch thick and cut into biscuit rounds.
7. Lay them out on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven for 12-15 minutes until they’re beautifully golden. Enjoy each warm bite!
