Ingredients:
– 8 ounces elbow macaroni
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 tablespoon ketchup
– 1 tablespoon mustard
– 4 large tortillas
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. First thing, cook the elbow macaroni following the instructions on the package. Once it’s done, drain the water and set it aside.
2. Next up, let’s sizzle that turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it’s nice and crispy. Once it’s ready, chop it into small pieces and get ready to add it to our mix.
3. In that same skillet, toss in the ground beef. Give it a good season with salt and pepper, then cook it until it’s beautifully browned and fully cooked through.
4. Now, it’s time to bring everything together. Mix in the cooked macaroni, chopped bacon, ketchup, mustard, and half of that delicious cheddar cheese until everything is well combined.
5. Get your tortillas ready and spread the macaroni mixture evenly onto each one.
6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over each portion of the filling for that extra cheesy goodness.
7. Carefully roll up each tortilla, making sure to tuck in the ends to keep all the filling inside.
8. For an extra touch, grill the wraps on a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and crispy. Enjoy your tasty creation!
