Ingredients:

– 1/2 lb crab meat

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped

– 1/2 lb lobster tail, chopped

– 1 tbsp butter

– 1 small onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 2 cups seafood stock

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/4 tsp paprika

– 1/2 tsp thyme

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Let’s start by melting the butter in a cozy large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until they’re beautifully soft, which should take about 3 minutes. Now, sprinkle the flour over the onions and garlic, stirring constantly for a minute or two; this makes everything nicely combined. Slowly pour in the seafood stock, whisking as you go to keep it smooth, and bring this lovely mixture to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes.

Next, add the heavy cream, paprika, thyme, and all that tempting seafood. Give it a gentle stir and let it simmer for another 5 to 7 minutes until the seafood is perfectly cooked. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper to suit your taste. Ladle this luxurious bisque into bowls, and for a touch of freshness, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
