Ingredients:

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 small onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 cups shell pasta

– 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

– 1 cup beef broth

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

– Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

1. Grab your favorite large skillet and set it over medium heat. Toss in the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook everything together until the beef is deliciously browned. Don’t forget to drain off the excess fat once it’s done.

2. Now, stir in those lovely diced tomatoes, beef broth, and rich heavy cream. Let this wonderful mix come to a gentle simmer.

3. Time to add even more goodness—throw in the shell pasta and a teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Cook according to the pasta’s instructions until it’s perfectly al dente.

4. Give it a taste and adjust with salt and pepper as you like.
