Ingredients:

– 4 cups of day-old bread, cubed

– 2 cups of milk

– 1/2 cup of sugar

– 3 eggs

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

– 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

– 1/2 cup of raisins

– 1/4 teaspoon of salt

– Butter for greasing the baking dish

Directions:

1. Start by preheating your oven to a cozy 350°F (175°C). Take a moment to grease your baking dish with a little butter.

2. In a large bowl, let’s get whisking! Combine the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until it all comes together nicely.

3. Add the cubed bread and raisins into the mix and give it a good stir, making sure each bread piece is lovingly coated.

4. Pour this delightful mixture into your prepared baking dish.
