Chocolate Cherry Roll Cake Delight

1 cup flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup cherry preserves

Fresh cherries for topping

Chocolate curls for decoration

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture. Spread batter evenly on the sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Roll the warm cake in a towel and let cool. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Unroll cake, spread cherry preserves, then whipped cream. Roll back up. Top with fresh cherries and chocolate curls. Chill before serving
