Ingredients:
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 cups heavy whipping cream
– 2 cups strawberries, sliced
– 1 cup strawberry pie filling
Directions:
1. Start by mixing the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter in a bowl. Once combined, press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to make the crust.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix everything together until it’s well blended.
3. Grab another bowl and whip the heavy cream until you see stiff peaks forming. Carefully fold this whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being gentle so it stays nice and fluffy.
4. Take half of this cream cheese mixture and spread it evenly over the crust. Add a layer of half of the sliced strawberries, followed by half of the strawberry pie filling.
5. Now, repeat those layers with the rest of the cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and pie filling.
6. Once it’s all layered up, cover the dish and let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until it’s set. Serve it cold and enjoy!
