– 1 cup shredded coconut
– 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until they are well mixed.
3. Take a greased baking dish and press the coconut mixture evenly into it.
4. Bake this in the preheated oven for around 25 minutes, or until the top is golden.
5. While it bakes, melt the chocolate chips.
6. Once the coconut layer is out and slightly cooled, pour the melted chocolate over it.
7. Let it cool and set completely before cutting into bars.
