– 4 chicken legs

– 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

First, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Next, grab a skillet and heat up some olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sautéing them until the mushrooms are nice and golden. Take your chicken legs, season them with a bit of salt and pepper, and then add them to the skillet. Brown them on all sides for a lovely, crisp exterior.
