Chicken Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya Pasta with Homemade Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

– 3 cups of milk

Penne pasta

– Andouille sausages

– Chicken breast

– Shrimp

– Bell peppers

– Onion

– Garlic

– Diced tomatoes

– Cajun seasoning

– Olive oil

– Parmesan cheese

– Salt

– Pepper

Directions:

1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions and set it aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, bell peppers, and garlic, and sauté until they are softened.

3. Add sliced andouille sausages to the skillet and cook until browned.

4. Add the chicken breast and shrimp, cooking until the chicken is cooked through and the shrimp turns pink.

5. Stir in the diced tomatoes and Cajun seasoning.

6. In a separate saucepan, make the homemade Alfredo sauce by heating the milk and adding the parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.

7. Combine the cooked pasta with the meat mixture and pour the Alfredo sauce over it. Stir until everything is well combined and heated through.

8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
