Directions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Once cooked, drain any excess fat.
3. Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning with the beef.
4. In a large baking dish, mix together the cooked tortellini and the meat sauce.
5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
6. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and the cheese has turned golden.
7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
