Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Start by mixing the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape this mixture into patties. Next, heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the patties on both sides. Once browned, place them into your slow cooker. In the same skillet, combine the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce, and bring this to a simmer. Then, pour this mixture over the patties in the slow cooker. Cover it up and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours. When it’s ready, serve your Salisbury steak with some mashed potatoes or rice.
