– 2 cups cooked white rice
– 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked white rice, Pepper Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix them together until they’re well combined.
3. Grease a baking dish and transfer the rice mixture into it.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is nicely melted and the dish is thoroughly heated.
