– 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or your favorite herb)
– 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
3. Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
