– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
– 4 large eggs
Directions:
Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, then mix in the chopped onion, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, and the crumbled bacon. Once everything is well combined, pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top. After baking, allow it to cool for a few minutes.
