Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) can crescent roll dough
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fruit preserves (like raspberry, strawberry, or apricot)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. In a bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until you get a smooth mixture. Take a spoonful of this cream cheese mixture and place it at the wide end of each dough triangle, then add a dollop of your chosen fruit preserves on top. Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end, and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake them in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they turn a lovely golden brown. Let them cool a bit before serving and enjoy your freshly baked Crescent Cheese Danishes.
