Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 large egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
– 3 cups marinara sauce
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Start by browning the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it’s fully cooked. Be sure to drain any excess fat. Then, in a big mixing bowl, mix together the cooked beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Once everything is well combined, use a spoon to fill your cooked pasta shells with the beef and ricotta mixture.
For the sauce, combine marinara, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sauce is warm and the cheese is melted.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour a little bit of the prepared sauce into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Then, arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and pour the rest of the sauce over them. Cover the dish with foil and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes. After that, remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted and slightly golden. Enjoy your delicious pasta dish!
