– 1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
– 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip, thawed
– 1 large egg
– Powdered sugar (for rolling)
Directions:
First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix with the thawed Cool Whip and the egg. Mix everything until it’s fully combined. Use a spoon to scoop the batter and roll it into small balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to make sure they’re fully coated. Place them onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake them for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
