Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or corn syrup

– 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

– 1/2 cup peanut butter chips (optional)

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– Pinch of salt

Directions:

– First, line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease them.

– In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter and honey (or corn syrup).

– Microwave this mixture in 30-second intervals, making sure to stir after each, until it becomes melted and smooth.

– Next, add the Rice Krispies cereal into the melted peanut butter mixture and stir until everything is well combined.

– Then, spoon this mixture into the prepared muffin cups, pressing down gently to create an even layer.

– In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips (and peanut butter chips, if you choose to use them) in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.

– Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into the melted chocolate.

– Spoon the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispie cups, making sure to spread it evenly.

– Lastly, refrigerate the cups for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set. Enjoy your delicious creation!
