Ingredients:
– 8 oz linguine
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 lb steak, sliced thin
– 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
– 3 tbsp butter
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh basil for garnish
Directions:
Start by cooking the linguine according to the package instructions. Once it’s done, drain it and set it aside. Next, grab a skillet and melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, and cook them in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes. Once done, remove the shrimp and set them aside. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and cook the sliced steak for 4-5 minutes. After it’s cooked, remove it from the skillet. Now, add the minced garlic and the last tablespoon of butter. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until you get a smooth, creamy sauce. Mix the cooked pasta with the shrimp and steak, and toss everything well to combine. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh basil, and you’re ready to serve. Enjoy your delicious dish!
