Ingredients:
– 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
– 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
– 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers
– 1 tub (16 oz) chocolate frosting
Directions:
Start by whisking together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk in a mixing bowl until it’s nice and smooth. Let the mix sit for about 5 minutes to set. Once set, fold in the thawed Cool Whip until everything is well combined.
Take a 9×13 inch dish and place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, making sure it’s even. Add another layer of graham crackers, then cover that with the remaining pudding mixture. Top it all off with one last layer of graham crackers.
Now, spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top layer of graham crackers. Cover the dish and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or even better, overnight. Once it’s nice and chilled, slice it up and enjoy your delicious creation!
