### Homemade Beef Lo Mein

**Ingredients**:

4

– 8 oz egg noodles

– 1 lb beef, thinly sliced

– 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)

– 3 tbsp soy sauce

– 2 tbsp oyster sauce

– 1 tbsp sesame oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 green onions, sliced

**Directions**:

Start by cooking the egg noodles according to the package directions, then drain and set them aside. In a large skillet or wok, heat up some sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add in the minced garlic and stir-fry until it smells amazing. Toss the sliced beef into the skillet, cooking until browned, then take it out and set aside. In the same skillet, throw in your mixed vegetables and stir-fry them until they’re tender. Now return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Give everything a good toss to combine. Let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until it’s all heated through. Sprinkle the sliced green onions on top for a nice garnish and serve the dish hot. Enjoy!
