– 2 1/2 cups pecans

1/2 cup salted butter

– 1 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Start by toasting the pecans in a skillet over medium heat until they become fragrant, which should take around 5 minutes. Next, melt the butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Once melted, mix in the toasted pecans, ensuring they are well coated with the caramelized mixture. Using a spoon, drop portions of the pecan mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Finally, let the clusters cool down and set before enjoying them.
