– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup cherry pie filling

– 8 egg roll wrappers

Directions:

Start by mixing the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until you get a smooth mixture. Next, take an egg roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mix and a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center. Fold the wrapper carefully and seal the edges with a bit of water to keep it together.

Now, preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C). Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching. Let them cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious creation!
